You can deposit funds using Global Money Transfer (international bank transfer) by logging in to the Axi Client Portal and using the bank account details linked to your trading account.

Eligibility & Requirements:

  1. Availability may vary depending on your location and account settings. The option will appear in the Client Portal if it is available for your account.

  2. Supported currencies may include: CAD, CHF, CZK, DKK, EUR, HUF, NOK, PLN, RON, SEK, and USD. Deposits in unsupported currencies may be declined or returned by the payment system or bank.

  3. Deposits should be made from a bank account held in your own legal name.

  4. Minimum deposit amounts, where applicable, are shown in the Client Portal at the time of deposit.

Bank Transfer Rules:

  1. Bank details (including IBAN) are assigned per trading account and may vary by currency and account type. Always verify the details in your Client Portal before making a transfer.

  2. Select your transfer currency first, as the system will display the relevant bank details for that selection.

  3. Using incorrect or unsupported details may result in delays or return of funds.

Steps to complete a deposit

  1. Log in to the Axi Client Portal.

  2. Navigate to "Funds" on the left-hand menu.

  3. Select "Deposit" from the top menu.

  4. Click "Add Funds" on the trading account you wish to fund.

    Note: If you have multiple trading accounts, verify the account number before proceeding. Depositing into the wrong account may cause a delay.

  5. Select "Global Money Transfer" as your preferred funding method.

  6. Select the currency you wish to transfer in.

  7. The system will display the linked IBAN for the selected currency. Copy the details and paste them into your bank app or website.

  8. Complete the transfer from your bank.

Receiving Time:

  1. Deposits are typically received within 1–3 business days. However, depending on the banks involved and international banking processes, it may take up to 5 business days or longer in some cases.

Important Note:

If your account is not yet verified, you may be required to complete verification before submitting a deposit.
