You can withdraw funds using Local Money Transfer by accessing the Client Portal, selecting a trading account, and completing the payment through the supported provider.
Available only to residents of Singapore.
Supported currency: SGD only.
Withdrawal limits: Minimum 1,000 SGD to maximum 50,000 SGD.
A verified Singapore bank account is required.
A local bank account must be added and verified before it can be selected for withdrawal.
If you deposited funds using PayNow, your withdrawals are subject to the Return to Source (RTS) policy. If your withdrawal amount is below the minimum withdrawal amount for Local Money Transfer (SGD 1,000), you may withdraw your funds using any other available withdrawal method that supports your withdrawal amount.

Log in to the Axi Client Portal.
Click “Funds” from the left-hand menu and select “Withdraw” from the top menu.
Choose the trading account for the withdrawal.
Note: If you have multiple trading accounts, ensure you select the correct one.
Enter the withdrawal amount in the “Money Transfer (SGD)” field and click “Continue”.
Note: If the amount is lower than the current minimum, you can use an international bank transfer.
Select the bank account from which you would like to withdraw funds and click “Continue”.
Note: Withdrawals cannot be processed without a verified bank account.
Review and click “Request Withdrawal” to submit your request.
Axi processes withdrawal requests within 1–2 business days. Fund receival time may vary depending on your bank..
Once submitted, the amount will be deducted from the trading account balance while the request is pending.
Note: If the withdrawal is unsuccessful, the funds will be returned to the account. You can track the request in the Funding History section of the Client Portal.
