If you see a red error message or indicator in the password field, the password you entered does not meet one or more of the required security criteria.
A password error can occur if:
The password is less than 8 characters long.
The password is too long and exceeds the maximum allowed length.
The password is too weak and does not meet the required security criteria.
The password does not contain enough of the required character types:
Lowercase letters (a–z)
Uppercase letters (A–Z)
Numbers (0–9)
Special characters (!@#$%^&*)
The password contains spaces or unsupported characters.
The password includes characters that are not accepted by the system.
Create a password that meets all the password requirements. Make sure it is within the allowed length, is strong enough, contains the required combination of character types, and does not include spaces or unsupported characters.
