Withdraw funds using Local Money Transfer (South Korea) via the Axi Client Portal to the verified bank account used during your deposit.
Available to residents of South Korea only.
A verified South Korean bank account in your name is required before submitting a withdrawal request.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply — displayed in the Client Portal. If your request is outside these limits, an error message will appear.
If you deposited funds using Local Money Transfer, your withdrawals are subject to the Return to Source (RTS) policy.
You must withdraw up to your original deposit amount via Local Money Transfer.
If your withdrawal amount is below the minimum withdrawal amount, you may use any other available withdrawal method (e.g., Global Money Transfer) that supports your withdrawal amount.
If you have already exhausted your RTS, you can withdraw your profits using any available payment method.
Log in to the Axi Client Portal.
Go to Funds and select Withdraw from the top menu.
Choose your trading account.
Enter the withdrawal amount in the Money Transfer (KRW) field and select your preferred currency. Your amount will be checked against the allowed RTS limits. Minimum: KRW 9,500.
Review details and click Request Withdrawal.
Axi processes withdrawal requests within 1–2 business days. Fund receival time may vary depending on your bank.
Your balance is adjusted immediately after submitting the request.
If the withdrawal is unsuccessful, funds will be returned, and Client Services will contact you with the reason and next steps.
