How do I sign in to the Axi App with Google or Apple?

This article explains how to sign in to the Axi App using a Google or Apple account, including how to reset or change the password through the relevant social-login provider and troubleshoot common sign-in issues.
Updated 5 days ago

If you created your Axi account using Log in with Google or Log in with Apple, you must use the same sign-in method to access the Axi App.

Eligibility & Requirements

  • Applies to clients who originally registered using Log in with Google or Log in with Apple.

  • You must use the same Google or Apple account linked to your Axi account.

Steps to Sign In

  1. Open the Axi App.

  2. On the login screen, select Log in with Google or Log in with Apple.

  3. Select the Google or Apple account you originally used to register.

  4. Follow any additional authentication steps if prompted.

Important Notes

  • Do not enter your email address and password if your account was created using Google or Apple.

  • If you registered using Google or Apple, the standard Forgot Password process does not apply to your social-login credentials.

  • If you need to reset your Google or Apple login credentials, you must reset them directly through Google or Apple, using the account linked to your Axi account.

Troubleshooting

If you cannot sign in:

  • Make sure you are using the same Google or Apple account used when you registered.

  • If you forgot your Google or Apple password or need to change it, reset or change it directly through Google or Apple. The Axi Forgot Password process does not apply to social-login credentials.

  • Close and reopen the Axi App and try again.

  • Make sure you have a stable internet connection.

  • If you receive a Google or Apple authentication error, check that you are signed in to the correct account on your device.

  • If the issue continues, contact Client Services and let them know that you use Google or Apple to sign in.
