If your dashboard is not displaying performance data in the Seed phase, follow the steps below to identify and resolve the issue before contacting support.
Before You Start
Confirm you have joined the Axi Select program
Confirm your Axi Select account has been open and active
Steps to Resolve
Check whether you have joined Axi Select
Log in to the Client Portal and select Axi Select, or open the Axi mobile app and tap Axi Select from the homepage. If you have not yet joined, your dashboard will not display any information as it is tied to the Axi Select program. Select ""Join for Free"" to enroll.
Check whether you previously dropped out of the Seed phase.
If you previously dropped out of the Seed phase and you joined Axi Select with an Edge Score from another account, you will need to place at least 20 unique trades in your Axi Select account before you can rejoin the Seed phase and see your performance data.
Allow time for data to populate.
Once you meet the necessary requirements, your performance data should start to appear almost instantly and correctly on your dashboard.

Client Portal: Try clearing your browser cache or accessing the Client Portal in a different browser.
Axi mobile app: Close the app completely and reopen it.
Dashboard data typically appears instantly after meeting requirements. If it does not appear after some minutes, contact our Customer Success Team.
Important Note
Your dashboard is linked exclusively to your Axi Select account. It will not display data until you have enrolled and met the minimum requirements for the Seed phase.
