How do I check the countdown for when I will leave quarantine?

You can view a countdown showing how many days remain until your account exits quarantine by accessing the Axi Select section in your Client Portal or the Axi mobile app.

Steps to Check Your Quarantine Countdown

Client Portal

1. Log in to the Axi Client Portal

2. Navigate to the "Axi Select" section in the left-hand menu

3. The quarantine countdown will be displayed, showing the number of days remaining until your account transitions out of quarantine

Axi mobile app

1. Open the Axi mobile app.

2. Tap Axi Select from the homepage.

3. The quarantine countdown will be displayed, showing the number of days remaining until your account transitions out of quarantine.

If the countdown is not visible:

• Client Portal: Try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache.

• Mobile app: Close the app completely and reopen it.

If it still doesn't appear, please contact our Customer Success team.

Note: The quarantine period lasts 7 calendar days from the date your account was placed in quarantine.

Important Note

You will remain in quarantine and won’t be able to progress to the next stage or use the Allocation Account until you meet the required Edge Score and equity criteria.
