Withdraw funds using Local Money Transfer (Vietnam) via the Axi Mobile App to a verified Vietnamese bank account in VND. 

Eligibility & Requirements

1. Available to residents of Vietnam only.

2. A verified Vietnamese bank account in your name is required before submitting a withdrawal request.

3. Withdrawals via Local Money Transfer (Vietnam) are processed in VND only.

4. Any other currency shown in the Axi Mobile App reflects your trading account currency.

5. Ensure you are logged into your Live account, not a Demo account.

Bank Account Requirements

1. Account Number: Enter the account number exactly as provided by your bank

2. Bank Name: select from the dropdown.

3. Bank Branch Name and/or Bank Branch Code: enter exactly as shown in the official directory.

4. Bank statement or passbook required: name, account number, date within the last 6 months.

5. Name on statement must match your Axi profile exactly.

6. Bank statements are official documents — receipts are not accepted.

7. Accepted file types: JPEG, PNG, PDF, HEIC. Maximum file size: 6MB.

8. Only the first page is required if it contains: bank name/logo, account name, account number/IBAN, and Swift/BIC.

9. Withdrawals cannot be processed while bank verification is pending.

10. Bank verification is automated and may complete within a few minutes, depending on validation.

Local Money Transfer Withdrawal Rules

If you deposited funds using Local Money Transfer, your withdrawals are subject to the Return to Source (RTS) policy.

1. You must withdraw up to your original deposit amount via Local Money Transfer.

2. If your withdrawal amount is below the minimum withdrawal amount, you may use any other available withdrawal method (e.g., Global Money Transfer) that supports your withdrawal amount.

3. If you have already exhausted your RTS, you can withdraw your profits using any available payment method.

Steps to Add a Bank Account for Withdrawal:

Steps to Complete Withdrawal

1. Open the Axi Mobile App and log in to your Live account.

2. Tap the Profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen.

3. Select My Accounts, then tap Withdraw.

4. Choose the trading account you want to withdraw from.

5. Enter the withdrawal amount in the Money Transfer (VND) field. Withdrawals for this method are available in VND only. Your amount will be checked against the allowed RTS limits. Minimum: VND 150,000.

6. Select a verified bank account (auto selected if only one registered).

7. Review details and click Request Withdrawal.

Processing Time

Typically, 1–2 business days for Axi to process your withdrawal request (excluding payment provider processing time). Please note that fund receival time may vary depending on your bank.

Important Notes

1. Your balance is adjusted immediately after submitting the request.

2. If the withdrawal is unsuccessful, funds will be returned, and Client Services will contact you with the reason and next steps.

3. Withdrawals for this method are available in VND only. If the VND withdrawal option does not appear in the Axi Mobile App, contact Client Services.
