Withdraw funds using Local Money Transfer (Malaysia) via the Axi Mobile App to a verified Malaysian bank account.

Eligibility & Requirements

  1. Available to residents of Malaysia only.

  2. A verified Malaysian bank account in your name is required before submitting a withdrawal request.

  3. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply — displayed in the Axi Mobile App. If your request is outside these limits, an error message will appear.

  4. Ensure you are logged into your Live account, not a Demo account.

Bank Account Requirements

  1. Account Number: numbers only, with no spaces. The number of digits will vary depending on the bank/institution.

  2. Account Type: select from the dropdown.

  3. Bank Name: select from the dropdown.

  4. Bank Branch Name and/or Bank Branch Code: enter exactly as shown in the official directory.

  5. Bank statement or passbook required: name, account number, date within the last 6 months.

  6. Name on statement must match your Axi profile exactly.

  7. Bank statements are official documents — receipts are not accepted.

  8. Accepted file types: JPEG, PNG, PDF, HEIC. Maximum file size: 6MB.

  9. Only the first page is required if it contains: bank name/logo, account name, account number/IBAN, and Swift/BIC.

  10. Withdrawals cannot be processed while bank verification is pending.

Local Money Transfer Withdrawal Rules

If you deposited funds using Local Money Transfer, your withdrawals are subject to the Return to Source (RTS) policy.

  1. You must withdraw up to your original deposit amount via Local Money Transfer.

  2. If your withdrawal amount is below the minimum withdrawal amount, you may use any other available withdrawal method (e.g., Global Money Transfer) that supports your withdrawal amount.

  3. If you have already exhausted your RTS, you can withdraw your profits using any available payment method.

Steps to Add a Bank Account for Withdrawal:

Steps to Complete Withdrawal

  1. Open the Axi Mobile App and log in to your Live account.

  2. Tap the Profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen.

  3. Select My Accounts, then tap Withdraw.

  4. Choose the trading account you want to withdraw from.

  5. Enter the withdrawal amount in the Money Transfer (MYR) field and tap Continue.

  6. Select a verified bank account (auto selected if only one registered).

  7. Review details and click Request Withdrawal.

Processing Time

1–2 business days for Axi to process your withdrawal request (excluding payment provider processing time). Please note that fund receival time may vary depending on your bank.

Important Notes

Your balance is adjusted immediately after submitting the request.

If the withdrawal is unsuccessful, funds will be returned, and Client Services will contact you with the reason and next steps.
