I already have an Axi account — what are my options?

What to do if you already have an Axi profile and cannot create a new one. Covers opening additional trading accounts under your existing profile, or closing your current profile to start fresh.

Axi allows one verified profile per person. If you are seeing a duplicate account error or a message saying your email is already registered, you do not need a new profile. You have two options. 

Option 1 — Use your existing account 

Log in at my.axi.com using your registered email. Not sure which email you used? Check your inbox and junk folder for any previous emails from @axi.com. 

If you need additional trading accounts, you can open up to 5 under your existing profile directly through the Client Portal — no new profile needed.

Option 2 — Close your existing profile and open a new one 

If you genuinely need a new profile, you must close your existing account first. Before requesting closure: 

  • Withdraw all funds 

  • Close any open positions 

Once closure is confirmed, you can register a new profile. Note: 

  • You must use a different email address — your previous email cannot be reused 

  • You will need to complete identity verification again
