You can open a USD Cent account during the initial onboarding process or by requesting an additional trading account through the client portal. All requests are subject to eligibility and account availability. 

Eligibility & Requirements

1. Accounts are available only in eligible countries and jurisdictions. 

2. Availability may depend on the specific configuration of an Introducing Broker (IB). 

3. USD Cent accounts are available on MT5 only. 

4. Account verification requirements must be completed before a live trading account can be opened. 

Account Availability Rules

1. Direct clients can open a USD Cent account if the account type is supported in the registered country of residence. 

2. Introduced clients can open a USD Cent account only if it is available in their country and enabled by their IB. 

3. If the USD Cent account option is not visible, the account type is not currently available for that client profile. 

Steps to Complete

For new clients:

1. Complete the onboarding process. 

2. Select USD Cent account if the option is available. 

3. Review the relevant Terms and Conditions. 

4. Submit the application. 

For existing clients:

1. Log in to the Client Portal. 

2. Request an Additional Trading Account. 

3. Select USD Cent account if available. 

4. Submit the request for review.
