I didn't receive my Welcome Email — can I still log in?

You do not need your Welcome Email to log in. Your login credentials are not sent by email — they are the email address and password you created during registration. 

To access your account:

1. Go to the Client Portal at my.axi.com 

2. Log in using one of the following:

   1. Enter the email address and password you used when registering, or

   2. Sign in with your Google, Apple, or Facebook account if you registered using social login

3. Complete MFA verification 

Haven't received your Welcome Email? 

Check your spam or junk folder for emails from @axi.com. The Welcome Email confirms your account status but does not contain any login credentials or account information — everything is available inside the Client Portal once you log in. 

Once logged in, you can find your trading account details by clicking Trade on your preferred account in the Client Portal — your account number and server details will be displayed there.
